Membership & Memorial Day Weekend Spring 2024

Come out and enjoy a spring weekend at CPC. This traditional weekend registration includes all meals Saturday breakfast to Monday brunch*.

Join us for: Memorial Day weekend, walking the land, swimming in the lake and for members, the membership meeting.

We need to make a certain amount of money on this event to be able to pay our bills. Tenting is included in the registration feel, but if you are concerned about the weather or can't sleep on the ground, there are rooms available. We have some spaces that are shared cabins which allows more people to enjoy Circle Pines. You do pay more if you select purchasing a full room.

We do expect everyone to participate in the cooperative running of this event by signing up for a task or two over the course of the weekend in addition to paying for the event. Without this we have to pay more staff to run events and the prices will increase.

If you want to come but cannot pay these rates please contact the office. We have work trade opportunties for the registration fee. E-mail info@circlepinescenter.org for alternative arrangements.

*We will not prorate if you arrive late or leave early. If you need accessible rooms please email info@circlepinescenter.org or call the office. Please be aware of our cancellation policies when making a registration.

*Late Fee will be applied after May 12th. Registration Deadline is May 19th.

Registration & Meals

Additional housing may be purchased. Early Bird Registration Rates for Members - $50/adult $40/youth. Non-Members +$10 Late Registration fee will apply after 5/12/2024

Lodging Options

Lodging Includes Friday 3 pm through Monday 1 pm. Additional nights needed will need to be arranged separately. *Tenting (free) and RV will be in designated areas to reduce impact on land. Shared Cabins are at a rate of one bed per person in the Acorn 1 & 2 or Youthie 1 & 2 cabins. Cancellation Policy

More than 15 days before the event = 6% cancellation fee, we will refund the rest 7-15 days before the event = 50% cancellation fee, we will refund the rest Less than 7 days before the event = 80% cancellation fee, we will refund the rest
