2024 AC&WPATC Fall Conference Registration

Thank you for your interest in the AC&WPATC Fall Conference. We are excited to report that the event this year will return to the beautiful Erie Bayfront Convention Center on October 24-27.

We'd like to remind you of some very important distinctions in processing conference registrations and lodging accommodations:

  • Food and lodging are separate costs and separate payments. The hotel lodging is ONLY payable to the Sheraton. The remainder of costs, which include conference registration and meals, are payable to the AC&WPATC.
  • The Sheraton is not equipped to handle paper hotel reservations. Although a credit card is required to reserve hotel rooms, credit cards taken at the time of reservation are not charged, they are only held.

We ask that you please read each field in the form below carefully. Note- this form is for registrant attendees ONLY. If you wish to purchase an exhibit space, sponsorship or advertisement please return to the previous webpage and look for the link that says "sponsors, exhibitors & advertisers" or click here.  If you have any questions, please call our office at 412-261-2521 and we will be happy to help you.

Lodging is not included with the Registration or Food Plan costs. After completion of this form, you will be sent a confirmation email that contains the link and information on how to make lodging arrangements directly with the Sheraton Erie Bayfront Hotel.

**Please note: Spouses do not need to pay for conference registration, but do need to pay for their Food Plan in advance of the event.

Plan 1: 1 Night   $125/person   3 Meals: Lunch & Dinner (day of check-in) - Breakfast (morning of check-out)

 

**Please note: Conference (group) meals must be purchased in advance and cannot be added a la carte on-site. Spouses are charged for their Food Plan. Food Plan price is per person and is the same for registrants and their guests/spouses.

Meals are assigned and fixed for each food plan as described above and are not interchangeable (e.g., an individual with a 2 Night Food Plan cannot swap Sunday Breakfast for Friday Breakfast).

If your Food Plan matches your conference registration (e.g., a Full Conference Food Plan and a Full Conference Registration), you will be able to participate in all on-site group meals. If your Food Plan does not match your conference registration (e.g., a 2 Night Food Plan and a Full Conference Registration), you may not be able to participate in all on-site group meals.
