2024 AC&WPATC Fall Conference - Sponsorship

Thank you for your interest in the AC&WPATC Fall Conference. This year we are excited to return to the Erie Bayfront Sheraton on October 24-27! 

There are a variety of opportunities included with the different tiers of Presenting Sponsorships (including advertisements), and Exhibit Booths are available again for purchase. Please see the headings below for information on each respective opportunity.

We ask that you please read each field in the form below carefully and ensure that you have a complete understanding of what to expect at this venue. If you have any questions, please call our office at 412-261-2521 and we will be happy to help you.

Food Plans are sold separately from lodging. Exhibitors and sponsors are not required to purchase Food Plans, but the option is offered on this form. No Food Plans can be added on once you have arrived at the event.

After completion of this form, you will be sent an auto-confirmation email that contains the link and information on how to make lodging arrangements directly with the Sheraton Erie Bayfront Hotel.

Exhibit Booth - space is limited!

 

Exhibit Booth Information: 

  • Cost: $350 per table
  • Exhibitors are provided a 6 ft table/space and are entitled to admission to all of the Fall Conference educational sessions.
  • Exhibiting Hours: Friday, October 25 - 8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. & Saturday, October 26 - 8:30 a.m. - 1 p.m.
  • Exhibiting takes place in the Prefunction Foyer on the second floor of the Sheraton Erie Bayfront.
  • Please note that no meals are included and must be purchased separately.

Food Plans

Vendors and Sponsors are NOT required to purchase a food plan. Please note, however, that food packages and individual meals CANNOT be added on after arriving to the event.
