Thanks for your interest in volunteering with the John Howard Association of Illinois. We appreciate your interest! Please fill out the application below to be considered as a volunteer.

Volunteer opportunities include four distinct areas: prison monitoring, prison information services, fundraising, and administrative support. All questions should be filled out regardless of your expressed area of interest.

Typically we ask people to volunteer for a period of time in our office before they are invited to attend monitoring visits.

Previous arrests or incarceration do not necessarily prelude one from participation as a volunteer with the John Howard Association of Illinois.
