2024 Springfest Vendor Application

Thanks for your interest in joining us at Springfest!

Good to Know:

We welcome fine art and handcraft vendors offering handmade, local, independent items. National companies and commercially produced goods will not be accepted.

Food vendors are responsible to ensure that they follow food-licensing regulations for the state of Nebraska.

Information booth space may be offered to non-profits, organizations and companies whose purpose aligns with Prairie Loft’s mission.

This event attracts on average 600 - 1,000 visitors.

Vendor space will be located in the loft barn which is NOT temperature controlled. Please be prepared for wind and dust!

Please note: Vendors are limited by available space, electrical capacity, and audience size and will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Your vendor application does not guarantee participation.

Springfest is on Sunday, April 21, 2024, from 1pm until 5pm. The event is held at Prairie Loft, located just west of Hastings at 4705 DLD Road.

Admission is free. Activities include farm animals, art activities, hands-on farm equipment displays, wagon rides, live music, interactive learning, and play areas, art and food vendors, info booths, and more.
