CC4C’s annual Team Up Event launches our Dream Team Program. Children with rare conditions are partnered with community groups as “honorary” members for the school year. These groups, which include high school sports, music, dance teams, and businesses, involve the child in their special events. The Team Up Event is a fun occasion where the Child and Dream Team come together to celebrate their partnership.
Dream Teams provide joy, love, and a respite from medical concerns for families dealing with rare diseases.
