By submitting this registration form, I hereby assume any and all risks that might be associated with any injuries or damages of any kind suffered by me or my pet as a result of taking part in the Brown County Humane Society Dawg Gone Walk & Fiesta 2024. I waive and release any and all damages that I may have against the Brown County Humane Society and any others connected with this event. I understand that my dog must be leashed and up to date on vaccinations. I understand that if I choose to utilize the off-leash area that my dog must be animal and people friendly, and I take full responsibility for the safety of my dog. I grant to Brown County Humane Society (BCHS), the right to take photographs and videos of me and my family in connection with the above identified event. I authorize BCHS, its assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that BCHS may use such photographs and videos of me and my family with or without my name and for lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising and Web content.
