We can accommodate 35 children per program, or 70 children per field trip visit. Groups larger than 70 children will need to plan to make two field trips

Please Read Through Our Policies

1. There is a required 5:1 child to adult ratio when visiting the Museum.
2. We do not accept admission tickets or other discounts during field trips.
3. Chaperones must stay with their assigned children and are responsible for the children in their group.
4. Cancellations must be made before 9AM the day of your field trip. If we are not notified, there is a $25 cancellation fee.
5. Field Trips must be paid for in ONE TRANSACTION. This means one person paying for all of the adults and all of the children at one time.
6. When you arrive, please have exact number of children and adults ready for our staff members.
7. If your group does not abide by our field trip policies, a phone call will be made to your administrator and you could be asked to leave the Museum.
