By registering for the 2024 National Trails Workshop (the Workshop), you agree to the following terms and conditions of the Partnership for the National Trails System (PNTS). You will ensure that your employees, partners, agents, contractors, subcontractors and any other person attending the Workshop on your behalf shall comply with the following terms and conditions. PNTS may send you occasional communications about activities pertaining to the Partnership for the National Trails System and the National Scenic and Historic Trails, of which you may unsubscribe at any time. PNTS reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to the Workshop timetable, speakers, moderators, as well as reasonable amendments to the content. In the event of a cancellation of the workshop due to circumstances beyond the control of the PNTS, a timely and full refund will be granted to all registered participants. Certain sessions of the Workshop will be recorded and materials produced during the workshop may be used for promotional or other purposes by PNTS following the Workshop. By registering for the Workshop, you are providing your consent to be recorded or included in PNTS materials. PNTS does not assume responsibility or liability for damages, mental, physical or emotional, resulting from possibly erroneous and/or incomplete contents of presentations, discussions or workshop materials during the Workshop. If a participant causes hindrance during any part of the Workshop (workshop sessions, networking events, discussion and messages with other participants) we have the right to remove this person from the Workshop and refuse for subsequent workshops. The removed participant will not receive a registration refund.

I hereby grant and convey unto PNTS all rights, title, and interest in any and all photographic images and video or audio recordings made by PNTS during the 2024 National Trails Workshop, including, but not limited to, any royalties, proceeds, or other benefits derived from such photographs or recordings. For the duration of the 2024 National Trails Workshop, I hereby grants to PNTS a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual license to reproduce any photograph(s), to incorporate the photograph(s) into one or more Collective Works, and to reproduce the photograph(s). This includes photographs taken by PNTS staff members during any event or activity at the 2024 Workshop.
