8th Annual TAT Vendor Contract

Touch-A-Truck is a fun family event to be enjoyed by kids of all ages!

We want to make this event on 4/13/24 the best one yet! Back up date due to weather is 5/11/24. We need you help to provide other children’s activities that are sponsored by community organizations like yours! If you would like to have a space for your organization, please complete this form. For profit- vendor fee to participate is $75 and you are welcome to sell any merchandise for your organization such as your t-shirts with logo on them, or hand out any freebies you might have. Please note last year we had over 2,800 people attend our last in person event. You must bring your own table, chairs, etc.

This year's Touch a Truck will take place on Saturday, April 13th, 2024 at the CH Collins Athletic Complex parking lot, same as in years before, at 1500 Long Road in Denton, Texas (76207). You may arrive as early as 7:30 to park your vehicle. The 'quiet hour' for special needs families is from 9-10, during which time there is to be minimal stimuli not limited to horns, lights, and sirens. The regular event is from 10:00am until 2:00pm. Please plan accordingly.
