Lunch Options

Superior Creamery is cooking up our delicious lunch entrees! Registrants can choose from these options:

Lasagna with mozzarella and homemade marinara
Rice & Bean Bowl with sweet potatoes, black beans, roasted corn, kale, brown rice, chimichurri and choice of chicken (GF) or baked tofu (V, GF)

The meal will also include salad, bread and dessert.
