By signing this agreement, I agree to the following:

DrawBridge shall not be liable for delay or failure of performance or fulfillment of this Agreement caused by an act of God; action by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity; fire, flood or other disaster; outbreak of disease or other health conditions; public enemy; insurrection; riot; explosion; embargo; terrorist attacks; strikes whether legal or illegal; labor or material shortage; work slowdown; transportation interruption of any kind; authority of law; the building being destroyed or substantially damaged; or any other cause beyond the control of DrawBridge (“Force Majeure Event”).
Upon signature of this document, an invoice will be sent to the sponsor’s designee. Invoices are to be paid within 30 days of receipt. Sponsors with outstanding balances will receive sponsor benefits when balance is paid in full.
This agreement is made in good faith. This is the entire agreement between DrawBridge and Sponsor with respect to this sponsor membership agreement. Terms of this agreement cannot be changed except in writing and signed by both parties.
