December 16th and 17th, 2023

Day 1: Classic Sprint, likely 10AM-2PM

Day 2: 7.5km Skate, likely 10AM-2PM

Primary roles include:

(Times given below are best estimates, fine tuning may be done as event approaches.)

• Course set up (6:30-9:30AM)
• Course breakdown (following conclusion of races in the afternoon)
• Parking (7:30-11)
• Registration (7am to conclusion of races)
• Course Monitors (9:30 to conclusion of races)
• Start/Finish line (9:30 to conclusion of races)
• Timing (9 or 9:30 to conclusion of races)
• Medical (9 or 9:30 to conclusion of races) 
• Volunteer food coordinators
• PA Announcer / DJ (9AM to conclusion of races)
