Each ticket includes a plated dinner from Lake Elmo inn, bar service, and a $50 donation to Carpenter Nature Center. If sponsoring and attending the event, the tax-deductible amount is the sponsorship amount minus $60 per attendee.

Dinner will be plated meal from Lake Elmo Inn Resteraunt. Your entree options include-

  • Chicken Calvados - Sautéed Chicken Breast topped with sliced Apples, Mushrooms and served in an Apple Brandy Cream Sauce. 
  • Filet Mignon - Served with Mushrooms and a rich Bordelaise Sauce.
  • Portabella Mushroom Wellington - Tender Puff Pastry wrap a Portabella with Spinach, Asparagus, Red Pepper and a Garlic Herbed Cheese (vegetarian).
