EcoTHRIVE is committed to co-creating housing that centers community in a beautiful, affordable and resilient village where people can thrive in a changing climate.

If you are interested in being notified about Burien Village housing applications please complete these questions.

Income Qualifications: We are building this cottage village in partnership with the City of Burien under their affordable housing demonstration program. Burien requires that resident-owners earn 50% of the Area Median Income (AMI) at move-in. We will work with our lender to ensure the financial eligibility of applicants.
