Grab your yoga mat, water bottle, towel or blanket and plan for a rejuvenating and detoxifying workshop designed to support our physical and mental well-being. Michelle Pugh from Joonbug Yoga will be leading the class, and will provide modifications for those new to yoga. All are welcome!
After the 60 minute yoga class, Michelle will be offering her homemade lavender and mint infused tea, as well as provide calendula and lavender seeds for you to plant and take home!
