NOTE #1 - PLEASE READ: *

Each child's name will be printed *exactly* as submitted. For example: If your child is "Jack Smith" and you only put "Jack" as their name, we will print "Jack" in the program, not "Jack Smith." Please verify spelling and exact name as you wish to have it printed, as the printed program is created directly from the information you provide in their name and date fields. Also, if you have multiple children you're remembering, include them in a SINGLE registration; do not register them separately as separate registrations will be seen as a REPLACEMENT, not an additional registration.

If you register more than once, the most recent registration (based on email address) will REPLACE the earlier registration. Please make sure that if you must register twice that your registrations are *always* as complete as you would like them to be, with full names as you wish, and all children included each time, even if you've registered before. New registrations are NOT treated as ADDITIONS by our system, they are REPLACEMENTS of what came before.
