Join OUT Maine and Sea Change Yoga for an 8-week Queer Yoga Session this Fall!
Sea Change Yoga’s LGBTQ+ instructors will host trauma-informed yoga and meditation to facilitate mindfulness, maximize tolerance, build empowerment, and cultivate a more positive relationship to one’s body.
