Mileage Reimbursement

Attendees who drive will be reimbursed on the basis of miles driven and number of attendees who are passengers. Travel equalization will be paid after the event as follows:

.08 per round-trip mile if driving alone
.14 per round-trip mile with one passenger
.17 per round-trip mile with two passengers
.20 per round-trip mile with three passengers
.24 per round-trip mile with four passengers
.28 per round-trip mile with five passengers

Add 3% to my total amount to help cover the payment processing fees
