STRING SPROUTS & THE SYMPHONY - May 6th

This annual performance brings all our Sprouts together to perform under the direction of Conductor Kevin Noe and the UMKC Conservatory Orchestra.

9:30 a.m. - 11 :30 a.m. SET UP

10:00 a.m. Parking Direction

10:00 a.m. Greeters, show Sprouts families to their Rehearsal Area

10:30 a.m. Instrument Tuning

11:00 a.m. Ushers

11:30 a.m. Assist with Reception Set Up.

Sprouting Up Concerts - 4th Quarter (May 16 - 19, 2023)

Every 8 weeks our Sprouts perform for their families and friends. Our volunteers bring cookies and help make this a special day for our Sprouts. Class days and times vary.

Heartland Chamber Music Summer Festival - July 28 - August 5th, 2023

Each summer for nine days students in the Kansas City area welcome their friends from across the country to study chamber music with professional musicians and academic leaders in chamber music. Volunteer positions will be updated after the first of the year.

Stringfest - October 2023

This is an annual fundraising event to help raise money to support our String Sprouts program. You will not only be lending a hand, but you will have a chance to see our Sprouts perform. When you're not working, enjoy the entertainment, food and drink.

4 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. SET UP

5 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. MONITOR THE FOOD TABLE

5:00 p.m. - 6:15 p.m. CHECK IN GUESTS

6:45 p.m. - 7:45 p.m. AUCTION CHECK OUT
