Please read the warning before attending our haunted attractions. For your own safety, you must understand the type of environment our attractions offer before entering at your own risk!  We have dirt paths in our attractions and there may be mud in some areas therefore we are not responsible for any loss or damage due to muddy conditions

By entering the Remembrance Ranch 84th Street Haunted Trail you understand that there is inherent risk involved with attending our attractions. You voluntarily assume all risks and dangers associated with participation in the Remembrance Ranch 84th Street Haunted Trail attractions. In consideration and acceptance of entrance into the Remembrance Ranch 84th Steet Haunted Trail you agree to release the operator, the corporation, affiliates, officers, directors, employees and landlords from any liability, harm, injury or death, cost of expense whatsoever that may arise directly or indirectly, from attending any of the attractions at the Remembrance Ranch 84th Street Haunted Trail, 12307 84th Ave, Allendale, MI 49401

I expressly acknowledge that I assume risk for any and all injuries and illnesses that may result. I hereby voluntarily release and discharge Remembrance Ranch and Patrick Adams its agents, servants, and employees from any and all claims for injury, death, loss or damage that I or my family may suffer. We do not know the health conditions of any of our guests, so we require all guests to read and understand all warnings before you enter. Please read the following warnings very carefully before considering attending our events. Our haunted Attraction, do require all guests to follow all rules, Regulations and understand you enter at your own risk. Please read all rules listed below. You assume all risk to entering our attractions. Please DO NOT attend our events if you have ANY type of health concerns or issues. DO NOT attend our attractions if you are not physically fit, have pre-existing medical conditions, have poor vision, and especially any type of heart or respiratory condition. Thank you for taking the time to review this document below. DO NOT ATTEND OUR EVENTS if you're currently or recently experienced a fever or flu like symptoms.

Our attraction has in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19; however, we cannot guarantee that you will not become infected with COVID-19. We suggest all guests wear facemasks, wash hands, and do NOT attend if you're experiencing flu like Symptoms.

Remembrance Ranch 84th Street Haunted Trail has taken enhanced health and safety measures. You must follow all posted instructions, including but not limited to the following:

I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to myself (including but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness. damage, loss, claim. liability, or expense, of any kind, that I may experience or incur in connection with Remebrance Ranch 84th Street Haunted Trail. On my behalf, I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless Remebrance Ranch 84th Street Haunted Trail, its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. I understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of Remebrance Ranch 84th Street Haunted Trail its employees, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in any program.
