By checking the box below, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the following: I hereby remise, release, forever discharge, and will indemnify & hold harmless the Waldo County YMCA, its staff and representatives thereof, from any and all manner of actions, causes of actions, suits, proceedings, debts, dues, contracts, judgments, damages, claims and demands what-so-ever in laws or equity, which against said sponsor I ever had, now have or which my heirs, executors or administrators hereafter can, shall or may have for or by any reason of my participation in the so called St. George River Race to be held March 25, 2023. I further acknowledge that the St. George River Race course has been made clear to me by the above sponsor, and I agree to assume all risks and responsibilities for injury to myself and others, and any property damage that may result from my participation in said event and will indemnify as afore said.
