Submit a Proposal for Classes & Workshops at ShoreLake Arts

ShoreLake Arts presents visual arts classes for all ages and all levels. Our adult arts education offerings include 1- to 4-session workshops and 5- to 10-session classes.

Please complete the form below if you would like to teach adult art classes and/or workshops with ShoreLake Arts.

All classes and workshops are held in-person at the ShoreLake Arts Classroom, 18560 1st Avenue NE, Shoreline, WA 98155. Compensation is $40-50 per instruction hour, depending on class duration.

All items are required unless specifically marked "Optional." Incomplete submissions will not be reviewed. If you have already submitted your Contact Information, Teaching Experience, Availability, and answers to the Supplemental Questions with a previous proposal, check the boxes to indicate so and move on to the next section.

COVID-19 Vaccine Requirements

ShoreLake Arts Teaching Artists are required to be up to date on COVID-19 vaccines for the duration of their contract. Up to date means a person has received all recommended COVID-19 vaccines, including any booster dose(s) when eligible. For more information about COVID-19 vaccine definitions and eligibility, see Stay Up to Date With your Vaccines on the CDC’s website.

ShoreLake Arts will make reasonable accommodation for applicants who demonstrate proof of vaccine exemption.

Criminal History Background Check Requirement

ShoreLake Arts Teaching Artist contracts are contingent upon the successful completion of a Washington State Patrol criminal history background check. Teaching Artists must maintain a current background check form on file as provided by ShoreLake Arts prior to providing teaching services.
