15th Biennial Wind Wildlife Research Meeting (WWRM) Exhibitor Sign-Up Form

Exhibit at the 15th Biennial Wind Wildlife Research Meeting (WWRM) - November 12-15, 2024 in Corpus Christi, Texas.
 
The WWRM convenes stakeholders from academia, industry, the conservation sector, and public agencies to review the state of the science and identify research gaps and priority questions. 

 

Exhibitor Package Cost: $2,000  

 

Exhibitor Package Details: 

  • One meeting registration (a comp code will be provided to be used when registration opens; fees for workshops and field trips are an additional charge) 
  • Display space featuring a 6' skirted table and two chairs.  
  • Enjoy 2' of space around and behind the table for your materials and displays.  
  • Sponsors receive priority selection of table location.  
  • Dedicated page on our virtual platform featuring your logo, a description of your organization, attachments, and a chat feature to interact with virtual attendees.  
  • The page setup and personalization are managed directly by exhibitors on the virtual platform.  

Power and wired internet are available for additional charges, directly purchased through the hotel.  

Exhibitors may choose to mail or bring exhibit materials and supplies to the hotel (handling fees may apply).

Invoicing/Payment Options

REWI accepts payment by ACH (preferred) or check, and instructions for both options will be included on the invoice submitted for payment. If alternate payment methods are needed, please indicate this under additional requirements for invoicing.

Sponsors and Exhibitors shall indemnify and hold harmless REWI, Delaney Event Management, and contracted Hotel and its servicing agents from all liability (damage or accident) which might ensue from Exhibitor's negligence, any cause resulting or connected with transportation, placing, removal, or display of exhibits, including drayage related to the Event.
