Walk for Life Registration (With Payment Form)

Individual – Registration Fee $25
Includes admission to Zoo, parking, refreshments and 1 WFL T-shirt (if registered by July 14th).  You must register prior to event to receive Zoo tickets and attend this event.

Married Couple – Registration Fee $45
Includes Zoo admission for 2 adults (living in the same household), parking, refreshments and 2 WFL T-shirts (if registered by July 14th). You must register prior to event to receive Zoo tickets and attend this event.

Family – Registration Fee $60
Includes Zoo admission for 2 adults and up to 4 children (under 18 years of age & living in the same household), parking, refreshments and 6 WFL T-shirts per family (if registered by July 14th).  You must register prior to event to receive Zoo tickets and attend this event.*

All walkers must be listed to receive their Zoo entry ticket and to attend this event.

In consideration for being permitted to participate in the 2021 Walk for Life (WFL) at the Detroit Zoo, I, for myself and on the behalf of my family and heirs, waive and release any and all claims for damages I have against Another Way Pregnancy Center and Care Net Pregnancy Center Berkley|Detroit (CNBD) and their employees and volunteers from any and all action, claims for damages, costs and expenses that may arise out of my participation in this event, whether caused by their negligence or otherwise, including physical injury. I understand that I may come in contact with employees and volunteers of AWPC and CNBD, and the general public and thereby risk exposure to and becoming infected with COVID-19.  I hereby acknowledge and agree that AWPC and CNBD cannot guarantee my health and safety as regards the novel coronavirus, COVID-19.  I understand the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed to or infected with COVID-19 by participating in the WFL.  I also agree that AWPC and CNBD may use for publicity purposes photographs of me participating in this event without obligation or liability to me.  I certify that I am physically fit to participate in this event.
