JRW Members enjoy discounted rates to our programming, including this retreat. You can also include your membership renewal/enrollment with this event registration below and then register at the member rate.

If you aren't yet a member of James River Writers, but you would like to join in order to take advantage of the lower registration rate for members, please scroll down to join/renews and select a membership to be included with this registration. 

You can include the purchase of Kris Spisak's books with your Springboard registration, or you can buy the books onsite at the retreat. Either way, you will receive the books in person, when you attend the retreat. You can find the details of Kris's books on the JRW Bookshop HERE.

$50 - Annual Individual Membership includes discounts to JRW programming and many additional benefits.

$25 - Annual Student Membership includes discounts to JRW programming and many additional benefits. Open to full-time high school and college students.

On both days of the retreat, we will be serving boxed lunches that include options for vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free diets. Please let us know, below, if you would like us to reserve one of these options for you.

Cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing by email by midnight on March 31, 2024, to programdirector@jamesriverwriters.org. A cancellation fee of 15% of your total will apply. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made April 1, 2024 or later. 

To participate in a James River Writers (“JRW”) event or program (online or in-person), you must agree to the terms and conditions set forth in the JRW Code of Conduct. These terms and conditions apply to each participant. Any person, guest, student, media representative, speaker, or exhibitor who is present is considered a participant.
