Group Retreat Final Planning Form

Please use the form below to provide more detailed information on your participant numbers and food requirements. We will use this information to help prepare for your arrival and to create your final invoice. The form is due 10 days prior to your retreat start date.

Please indicate the total number of participants who will be present. Note that the final number of participants (if different than what you enter here) is due three days prior to the retreat.

Please indicate the total number of retreat leaders who will be present.

If we have previously reserved any of the cottages or huts for overflow from the Lodge for your group (>26 people), please confirm which buildings you will be using and how many people will be in each.
Group leaders may choose to stay in the Lodge with their participants, or in Pathlight Cottage. Pathlight contains one queen bed in the bedroom and a pullout double sleeper sofa in the living area. Please indicate your plans.

List any additional information or questions regarding accommodations for your group and/or your group leaders.

Occasionally retreat groups have other healing professionals or outside experts attend portions of their retreats as part of the program, such as massage therapists or other healers. If you will be hosting additional people as part of your retreat, please indicate which meals they will eat and which nights (if any) they will be staying overnight. We will add these meals and accommodations to the invoice. If you will not be hosting any additional staff, please confirm this.

Meal Planning

All food served at Light on the Hill is vegetarian. In addition, we are able to accommodate gluten free, dairy free, and/or vegan participants. Please select all below that apply to your group:

If you chose gluten free, dairy free, and/or vegan options for some people in your group, please indicate how many people need each of these options.

If a participant has specific food allergies besides gluten, dairy, or animal products, please list those allergies. Our cooks will label any dishes containing those foods. (If someone has extensive food sensitivities, it is advisable for them to bring some or all of their own food.)
