Medworks turns 15 in 2024! Thank you for your gift to help us continue to CARE & CONNECT! The descriptions below are examples of the community impact your gift can make . If you would like to make a restricted gift please let us know in the box below. *

$4,500 - Support a Medworks Clinic to provide free medical, dental, vision, mental health and navigation to hundreds of patients.

$1,500 - Cover the costs of 20 diagnostic mammograms. Early detection is key to survival.

$900 - Fund a set of dental chairs to provide 35+ patients with the oral care needed for healthy living.

$750 - Help connect 12 patients with mental health counseling appointments and relief.

$600 - Fund outreach to connect patients with ongoing care.

$300 - Give the gift of sight and fund an eye exam and prescription eyeglasses so a patient can see clearly.

$105 - Provide critical blood pressure, diabetes, and other medications for daily function.

$45 - Support volunteer hospitality for our medical and community volunteers.

$15 - Fund transportation for clinic patients.
