Volunteer With Washington DECA -

Volunteering with DECA allows you to make a real difference in the preparation of emerging leaders and entrepreneurs.

Whether it’s through judging competitive events and discovering the detail and depth DECA members put into their projects or evaluating role plays, you’ll begin to see how DECA members are ready to make an impact in our world.

  • Specific events will be assigned at a later date.
  • All events take place in Bellevue 
  • Parking validation is provided for all volunteers. More details on where to park given closer to the event day.  
  • Judges will be trained on-site prior to the event start.
  • All volunteers must be at least 21 years old.
  • No prior experience with DECA is needed.  A training video will be sent to you via email prior to the event.

Would you conduct a mock interview with a high school student and give feedback for improvement at Western Region Leadership Conference (WRLC) Saturday, November 9, 2024 | 8:00 am - 12:30 pm at the Hyatt Regency, Bellevue
From the comfort of your home, office, or favorite coffee shop, evaluate student written projects. We’re looking for judges in the areas of project management, operations research, and entrepreneurship. Would you judge written events online in late January 2025? -
Would you judge written event presentations at the State competition (SCDC) - in person Thursday, February 27, 2025 | 2:30 pm - 7:30 pm at the Hyatt Regency, Bellevue
Would you judge at the State competition (SCDC) - in-person on Friday, February 28, 2025 | 7:30 am - 4:00 pm in Bellevue - venue assigned will either be the Hyatt Regency or the Meydenbauer Center.
