The 2022 St. Cecilia Auction Chairs are looking for dedicated, enthusiastic parents to assist in making this year's auction the best yet! We are excited to offer many different ways for you to get involved with this important fundraiser. Below is a brief description of each committee in need of chairs and volunteers:

Live- helps to find and gather items to be sold during the live portion of the auction

Big Board- helps to find and gather items that are auctioned off in the Big Board Category of silent auction 

Silent- helps to find and gather items that are auctioned off. 

Grade Level Baskets- Each grade is given a theme and families donate money and items to create a basket that is auctioned off. Volunteers are needed to coordinate baskets for their child's grade level.

Grade Level Projects- coordinates and creates a project for each grade that is auctioned off 

Sign-Up Parties- coordinates various student, class, and adult parties that are sold throughout the year

Decorations- help with theme decoration ideas, planning, and decor set up for the night of the event

Programs- organizes and coordinates all information for the Auction Program

Program Ads- helps to sell and organize ads for the Auction Program

Underwriting- helps to coordinate and secure auction sponsorship opportunities 

Wine/Liquor Pull- coordinates the collection of wine and liquor for the wine pull at auction

Neon Nights- helps with planning/setup/cleanup for the Neon Nights gift-giving party in January

Graphic Design- creates graphics for various Auction items/events 

Hospitality- helps with writing Thank You notes to donors, assists with remaining item distribution the week after the event

Yard Flocking- helps with decorating yards for anyone that has purchased the Flock the Yard item
