$5,000 - Presenting Sponsor: Logo recognition as presenting sponsor in event title and all event promotions, one exhibitor booth, table for 8 at guest speaker presentation, and a 1-minute company video (provided by sponsor) to be shown prior to the event on social media and at the event.

$2,500 - Hear for Life (3 available): Logo recognition in promotions, one exhibitor booth, table for 6 at guest speaker presentation, recognition on social media and at the event. 30-second video (provided by sponsor) to be shared on social media.

$1,000 - Listen with Care: Name recognition in promotions, one exhiitor booth, one table for 4 at guest speaker presentation, and recognition on social media.

$300 - Hear to Share Exhibitor Booth: Includes one exhibitor booth and one ticket to lunch.
