The Junior League of Charlotte, Inc. (JLC) ‘s Leadership Development Institute is a workshop series that educates, inspires and connects JLC members, along with women in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg area, through the study of six core leadership values:

All workshops will be held on Tuesdays from 6:30-8:00pm in the Junior League of Charlotte Building. 2023-2024 program dates are as follows:

October 10 - Kickoff: Introductions, Networking, Program Overview
November 8 - Communication
December 12 - Emotional Intelligence & Performative Intelligence Quotients
January 9 - Identifying & Navigating Bias/Equitable & Inclusive Leadership
February 13 - Mentoring
March 12 - Conflict Resolution
April 9 - Leadership Vision to Action Plan
May 14 - Graduation & Celebration
