Prairie Loft Facility Rental Inquiry

This inquiry is the first step in renting a facility at Prairie Loft.

Your facility rental is not official until a signed Facility Use Rental Agreement (which will be sent to you) has been obtained and the deposit is made to Prairie Loft.

The following is a list of our spaces available for rental, as well as a brief description of how each space is best used.

Pershing Prairie Room

This room is ideal for a retreat or meeting with up to 14 people. Modular furniture allows a variety of room configurations to suit your purpose, including audio/visual and presentation needs.

$300 for full day (up to 8 hours), $100 for up to 3 hours. Additional $50 per extra hour

Pavilion

This all-purpose space is perfect for luncheons, meetings, birthday parties, and more! Seats up to 24 people indoors. Weather permitting, overhead doors can opened to add patio seating.

Loft Barn

Accommodates up to 150 people. Available May through October for graduation parties, reunions, company dinners, etc.

$100 per hour (between 9:30am and 11:30pm)

Please request a copy of Prairie Loft's recommended caterers and equipment rental companies, if applicable.
Please note if you are bringing a projector and screen, the natural light in the Pavilion can affect display quality.
Please plan simple decor and entertainment. Remember to bring tablecloths and other event supplies.
Please read the policies carefully for guidelines and restrictions. We do not allow balloons, wall decor, or open flames.

I understand that the rental fee for the use of Prairie Loft facilities will be equal to the amounts outlined and chosen above, plus any additional amounts outlined in the contract or charges incurred during the rental period.

I understand that my facility rental request is not considered official until I complete and sign a Facilty Use Rental Agreement and I provide a nonrefundable deposit of $50 to Prairie Loft.
