Father Jose Millan United States and Mexico Legacy Appeal
Six years ago, Father Jose placed two students from Leon at Trinity Catholic School that changed our school in a way we never could have imagined. Students from different countries merged together in the classroom and shared their culture, and diverse perspectives enhancing their understanding of our world. Most importantly, friendships among students and families developed that will last a lifetime. Since that first year, we have welcomed a total of 21 students from Mexico, and will be receiving five new students next year, with no end in sight.
Trinity Catholic School would like to honor Father Jose's unique devotion to this program and recognize him and our Mexican families.
The names of each Trinity student from Mexico that attend Trinity will be displayed in a special area in our new school, made possible by him and Dr. Ed and Beatrice Schweitzer.
In continuing our mission at Trinity, we would like to start a general fund in his honor. Please consider a financial donation honoring Father Jose's legacy and Mexican friendships at Trinity Catholic School.
