Trinity Ministry Event Request Form

To be used for Trinity-sponsored events.

Please fill out the infomation below so we can get your event into the planning process and approved for the calendar (even if it is not being held at Trinity). If it is to be held at Trinity, this form will also help assess Trinity's availablity and your needs for the event.

The form is due by 12pm Monday at least a week in advance of the event date, but we appreciate as much notice as possible. The staff reviews all event requests on Tuesdays and lets the event planner know if the event has been approved for that date.

Will you need use of the kitchen for food prep? Will you bring in catering? etc. You will need to sign an agreement about kitchen use. Please speak with the Administrative Assistant, Meagan. She will contact you.
