Vendor Types
Vendor areas are divided into single 10x10 spaces. All vendors are REQUIRED to bring their own tents, tables, and/or chairs. These items will not be provided by A HOPE, Inc. Rescues who provide proof of their 501(c)(3) status will receive ONE 10x10 area free of charge. If more space is required, the cost is $20 per additional 10x10 area. All rescues are also given one entry into our red carpet walk. There are four vendor types: rescues WITH proof of 501(c)(3) status, rescues WITHOUT proof of (501)(c)(3) status, retail, and food.

Proof of 501(c)(3) status is REQUIRED in order to receive your first 10x10 area for free. If you are unable to upload your proof of 501(c)(3) status here, please email it to events@ahope4src.com.

Event Sponsorship Option

Our A New Leash on Love family friendly event has grown steadily each year since the first event in 2018. We would be honored to have your business as a part of the festivities by becoming an event sponsor! Your sponsorship and support would help us immensely with the many costs required to host this event, so we can invest those funds back into the animals.

As an event sponsor, your company would:

  • Be featured on all of our Social Media Outlets (Reach of over 30,000 People/Month)
  • Have Your Logo on the Photo Booth Backdrop (Over 200 Photos were taken and shared in 2020)
  • Have Your Logo on our Event Flyer Handout (If sponsorship secured by September 30th)
  • Have Company Name Displayed on our 2022 Event T-shirts (If sponsorship secured by September 30th)
  • Receive (2) complimentary event shirts
  • Have your Business Cards and Brochures for Distribution at our “Welcome” Table
  • Have your Provided Swag Items Displayed at our Main Table for Giveaways
  • A 10x10 area (tables/chairs/tents not provided)

*Any sponsorship funds/donations remaining after event costs are covered will go towards building our affordable spay/neuter clinic in Santa Rosa County. Learn more about our future clinic here. Please email events@ahope4src.com with any questions.

A HOPE is able to offer volunteer assistance with setup/takedown and(or) running of your booth during the event if the need arises. Your attendance at the event is REQUIRED in order to utilize this service and you must be present at all times.
