Join us for a day of cheese making with HomeGrown Eats in Rollinsford! Use farm-fresh local raw milk in this small sized, hands-on workshop. Participants will have practice learning the process, stretching and forming ovalini & bocconcini cheeses. Time permitting, participants will use leftover whey to create fresh ricotta. Every participant will go home with a 1/2 pound of cheese.
Proceeds from this event will help to support the work of Seacoast Eat Local in increasing access to fresh, local foods for all.

$40 per person
Participants should come dressed for the activity- ready to roll up their sleeves and get elbow deep in curds and whey! If you have concerns about allergies or require special accommodation, please let us know at the time of your purchase.
There is a limited number of tickets for each workshop session.
Tickets will be sold on a first-come-first served basis.
