2021 Holiday and Small Works Sale - "Gift Items" - Entry Form

Gift Items:

• Online Submit Deadline: Friday November 12
• Drop off is Monday November 15 from 11-2pm
• At the same time, please pick up any artwork from the Fall Member Exhibit
• There is no entry fee for Gift Items this year
• You can submit up to 3 categories of Gift Items (for example Cards, Tiles and Ornaments. You can make up the category.
• Gift Items will not be included in the on-line store
• No images needed
• Artist is responsible for providing pricing labels for the gift items
• Each individual item (cards & card packs included) must have a label with a price. Stickers or labels attached with string are acceptable. 
• Fill out inventory sheet and bring it on entry day.
• Artists retain 70% of sale price
