Day of Play Registration 2020

Day of Play, a free community event for the whole family, will include hands-on cooking and gardening activities, take-home crafts, physical activities, nutrition games and contests, tasting of a selection of Olivewood recipes, a special activity area for children ages 0-5, raffle prizes, and more!

Day of Play es un evento comunitario gratuito para toda la familia. Incluirá actividades de jardinería, manualidades para llevar a casa, actividades físicas, juegos de nutrición y concursos, degustación de una selección de recetas de Olivewood, una zona de actividad especial para los niños de 0-5 años, rifas, premios ¡y mucho más!

Consent and Release for Publicity/Photographs/News Articles

By registering for Day of Play 2020, you are authorizing Olivewood Gardens to photograph or permit other persons to photograph, videotape or film me and/or any members of my group. The undersigned authorizes Olivewood Gardens to permit the use and publication of the photographs, videotape or film for publicity purposes, including release of such photographs, videotape for film, to the news media and on the Olivewood Gardens website. The undersigned hereby agrees to hold harmless Olivewood Gardens, its officers, agents and employees from any liability resulting from, or arising in connection with the taking, publication, and release of the photographs, videotape, or film of the undersigned pursuant to this agreement.

If you wish to opt out of photographs for program promotion purposes, forms will be available at registration.
