Facility Donation Policy

By processing your donation you are agreeing to our Facility Donation Policy which states: by default all donations made to the facility campaign will go into a restricted facility fund.

All funds collected will be explicitly used to build a facility.

Donors can choose to make their donation restricted (Facility Fund) or unrestricted (allowing funds to be reallocated to care for dogs.)

In the event the facility project can not be completed, all donors would be alerted by email and donors who restricted their donation would be offered a donation refund or given the option to reallocate funds to the care for dogs.

Donation refunds would be processed by check and sent in the mail.
