2019-20 Shabbat "Host at Home" Sign-Up

Want to host Shabbat dinner in your home?

Hillel wants to empower you to host a Shabbat meal in your own home. Our goal is for YOU to create a warm intimate Shabbat experience on YOUR own terms with YOUR friends in YOUR own space- be it an apartment, lounge, campus location etc. (If you would like to host a meal in a Greek house, please contact Haley.)

In order to host, please complete this form at least one week in advance of the date you would like to host your Shabbat meal.

Prior to your meal, a Hillel staff member (Haley) or student coordinator (Ilana) will contact you to discuss with you the meal experience that you are planning and to see if you need any support.

We will reimburse you at a rate of $10 per student for up to 15 students with a maximum total of $150. Following the event, you can get reimbursed by completing an online evaluation in which you answer a few questions, submit receipts, upload a guest list to tell us who came and any photos you took. You must save your receipts. We will not be able to accept credit/debit screenshots.
