NCF Group Visit Request

Thank you for your interest in bringing a Volunteer Group to the Needham Community Farm!  

Please fill out the fields below, and we will contact you with further information.

IMPORTANT:  Policy on Volunteer Groups and Cost

In order to offset the costs associated with coordinating and planning for volunteer groups, we request that groups make a donation to NCF.  

Recommended Donation Levels:
- For community, non-profit, and youth groups - $10/person
- For corporate and for-profit groups - $25/person
* For Needham Public School affiliated groups, donation not requested

Donations can be made via our website or by check.

If a donation is prohibitive for your organization, please indicate so in the questions below.

Organizations that become NCF Sponsors are entitled to one free Volunteer Session per season.  Please indicate below if your organization is interested in sponsorship.

Please Note:

There are no Tuesday or Friday Volunteer Group sessions from June -> October

There are no Saturday Volunteer Group sessions in July or August

Maximum Number of Weekday group participants is 20

Maximum Number of Weekend group participants is 15

Note that there are no Tuesday or Friday sessions June-October, and no Saturday Sessions July-August
Note that sessions typically run 2-3 hours.
