Answer one of the questions below in multimedia format (maximum three minutes). Our program relies on interactive and experiential learning. We are looking for your ability to reflect and share insight.  Please avoid generic answers.

1. Please describe a situation that you have found challenging and what you learned in the situation that was valuable.

2. How do you define leadership? This is not a trick question. We genuinely want to hear your own insight into what leadership is about.

3. Why do you want to develop your leadership skills?

Those accepted must fully participate in scheduled sessions. Our program begins in October with a kick-off lunch. Education sessions are the first Monday of each month, 4:00-6:00 p.m., November through March.

Final project presentations are made in April. All session dates will be announced by August 1st. We expect you will honor this commitment even if your employment changes.

You will be assigned to a team project to benefit a non-profit organization in Snohomish County. The project will take 45-60 hours of time. This project work takes place outside of our class meeting times.
