Autumn Plant Identification Walk with the Green Girl

Location: Meet at the picnic tables by the Woodland Trailhead parking lot, by the Learning Center and Manor House (north end of Stony Kill Farm, 79 Farmstead Ln, 12590)
Description: Crunch along the fallen leaves on an Autumn Plant Identification walk through Stony Kill Farm Environmental Education Center with local Herbalist and Plant Spirit Healer, Karine Gordineer. We will talk about how some plants spend the colder seasons of the year, and identify interesting medicinal plants and fall wild foods. Participants will learn plant identification basics, how to identify local plants, a few fascinating poisonous plants, and late season wild edibles. Open to adults and children 12+.
