2025 State of the Reserve Call for Abstracts and Abstract Submission Form

We are excited to announce the call for abstracts for the Guana Tolomato Matanzas National Estuarine Research Reserve's 2025 State of the Reserve. The State of the Reserve will take place on Thursday, February 27, 2025 at the Reserve's Visitor Center in Ponte Vedra Beach (505 Guana River Road, Ponte Vedra Beach, 32082) from 1:00 p.m.- 6:30 p.m. with the poster presentations taking place during the evening reception from 4:00 p.m.- 6:30 p.m.

Important dates are as follows:

  • All oral and poster presentation abstracts are due by October 31, 2024, 12:00 p.m., ET.
  • Acceptance notifications will be sent by November 8, 2024, via the email address provided in this form.
  • Photo and Model Release Forms are due by November 15, 2024. Blank forms will be included in the abstract submission confirmation email. 
  • Registration will open January 2025. All presenters, poster presenters, and co-presenters must register.

Please note: 1) This form will not save as you complete fields. Be sure to have all fields completed before submitting. 2) All documents must be uploaded as Word documents and all pictures must be uploaded as a JPG or PNG. 3) We will only communicate with the presenting author. Presenting authors are responsible for communicating information with co-authors and/or co-presenters.
