Which programs would you like to be considered for? You may select one or both.
We are considering having intensive mini-seminars to dig deeper into particular topics as part of the FPLDP. You would have the opportunity to select from several choices. So that we can narrow down topics, what mini-seminar subjects might interest you most? SELECT NO MORE THAN FOUR.

  1. What policy choices could the United States make to cause European states to carry more of the security burden in NATO?
  2. Some political figures in South Korea have weighed the prospect of developing a nuclear weapon. How concerned should U.S. policymakers be about this, and what choices should they consider if South Korea does begin to pursue a bomb?
  3. China recently brokered a deal to restore diplomatic relations between Saudi Arabia and Iran. Is all this bad for America?
  4. Is there a global competition between autocracies and democracies?
  5. Should the United States decouple itself from China's economy?
