The ASQ-3 and ASQ:SE-2 Starter Kits contain print and digital copies of the questionnaires and scoring sheets, as well as a user's guide. The kits are not needed for this training, but are necessary in order to implement developmental screening with children and their families. You do not need to have your own individual kits, but you will need to have access to them through your organization. If you do not have access to these materials, you or your organization can purchase them here.

Scholarship Notes
A scholarship deposit is due at time of registration to hold your spot. WA-AIMH will review scholarship requests and confirm within one business week. In the event that scholarship funds are no longer available, you will be asked to pay the additional balance or can be refunded this scholarship deposit if you choose to withdraw your registration.
CEUs/STARS

CEUs will be available for Licensed Social Workers, Mental Health Counselors, and Marriage and Family Therapists (pending approval). The CEU fee is $25 for 8 hours (Awarded scholarships may be applied to CEU fees).

If you don't have your STARS ID available right now, you can provide it at the event.
