Thank you for your interest in the Community Food Scrap Composting Training!
This training is designed to help small-scale community composters (at community gardens and other community-based locations) fully implement the collection and composting of food scraps. Participants will gain the knowledge to: safely collect and manage food scraps, accumulate and store carbon sources for the compost system, recruit and train volunteers, troubleshoot, and more.
Refreshments will be provided; please bring a brown bag lunch, water bottle, and drink mug. We will send a follow-up email with further details the week before the training.
Please tell us a little about yourself so we can best prepare for our time together. The training cost is $35. Secure online payment below. Please contact Libby Weiland with questions about registration at firstname.lastname@example.org / (802) 861-4769 or Natasha Duarte with questions about the training at email@example.com / (802) 373-6499.
