IEP Planning Party

Join us as we welcome Taryn Fletcher (affectionately known as Amari's mom) for an IEP Planning Party! Taryn has an intensive background in education as a past school superintendent, instructional coach, and principal. Her consulting company, Truly POC INC, works with numerous schools in Delaware and other national organizations on best practices for breaking barriers and challenging social and cultural norms. Please come prepared with a current copy of your child’s IEP (Individualized Education Plan) as we dive head-first into how to feel confident for your child’s next IEP meeting.

This day-long workshop will help you feel empowered and more confident, as you navigate your child’s IEP. The purpose of the IEP Planning Party is to:

  1. Deepen our IEP toolbox
  2. Actively plan for our next IEP meeting
  3. Openly connect with one another, so that we feel better knowing we're in this work together.
