The Kingman Area Food Bank (KAFB) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization registered with the IRS under EIN: 86-0503686 and is an Arizona Tax Credit Qualified Organization registered under QCO Code: 20513.

Using this form will allow you to donate your Arizona Tax Credit directly to the Kingman Area Food Bank. Upon receiving your donation, we will send you a KAFB Tax Credit Donation Receipt to file with your taxes.
